Text››helper

<p>Mostly now native in Figma. Find, replace and insert text content and view the current selected character count.</p><p><br></p><p>Sometimes you have lots of text that repeats, and it's not part of a component/instance system. When you want to simply and easily replace the contents of each of those, you can quickly grab Text››helper to help you!</p><p><br></p><p>There's three main ways to replace something:</p><ol><li>Type text into the Find input, type replacement text in the Replace input and press "Find &amp; Replace" (or hit enter) to replace everything that matches</li><li>Select a single item to fill the Find input with that text value, type replacement text in the Replace input and press "Find &amp; Replace" (or hit enter) to replace everything that matches</li><li>Highlight multiple items, type a value in the Replace input and press "Replace only" (or hit enter) to replace everything within your current selection</li></ol><p><br></p><p>You can also insert text before or after your selected strings, great for easily prepending or appending "-light" to your selection. And you can easily see the current selection(s) total character count.</p>
