Variables Manager is a free, simple, easy to use tool to extract and manipulate your Figma variables.

With Variables Manager, you're no longer bound by the constraints of navigating through multiple collections to find and adjust variables. Instead, imagine having all your variables neatly organized in one place, ready for you to view and edit with ease.

Want to get to your variables quickly?

1. Open a Figma file that has variables.
2. Launch Variables Manager and you'll get a listing of all variables used in the file.
3. Added/removed variables in your file? Simply update the view by using the Refresh function.
4. Copy and paste the table of variables into another spreadsheet as required.

Features

Viewing string variables across collections

Variables Manager extract and display all the string variables across your collections. This is especially useful for auditing all the variables and the values which are nested in multiple collections, and helps with exchanges with content designers.
