EXAT

Customize and generate optical illusion grids inspired by mid-century masters.

How to Use

Run the plugin and set the desired parameters. Click the Insert button at the bottom of the Controls panel. EXAT will insert your custom visual on the canvas.

Interface

Controls

1. Grid Size: Adjusts the number of shapes across the grid, both horizontally and vertically.
2. Shape Width: Changes the width of each individual shape in the grid.
3. Shape Height: Changes the height of each individual shape in the grid.
4. Border Radius: Sets the corner roundness for each shape.
5. Inner Spacing: Adjusts the spacing between shapes inside the grid.
6. Outer Spacing: Modifies the margin or space around the grid.
7. Line Count: Determines the number of lines inside each shape.
8. Line Spacing: Controls the distance between each line within the shape, affecting how densely the lines are packed.
9. Min Line Width: Specifies the minimum thickness of lines inside the shapes.
10. Max Line Width: Specifies the maximum thickness of lines inside the shapes.

Appearance

1. Line Width Pattern: Controls the variation of line thickness—options include thinnest lines in the center, on the outer edges, or randomly distributed.
2. Base Rotation: Sets the initial rotation angle of the lines within each shape.
3. Rotation Increment: Determines how much each subsequent shape is rotated relative to the previous one.
4. Rotation Pattern: Specifies the pattern of rotation across the grid, including spiral, alternate, or random rotation.
5. Background Color: Sets the background color of the grid.
6. Line Color: Sets the color of the lines inside each shape.
