Overview

Ever found a stakeholder wandering your file looking for a design? Or having to share the same link number of times to get some feedback. With this plugin you can create a dedicated collaborative space with a sharable link for a specific design within your file. Within this space you can easily collect feedback and log actions. Here's an example of the collaborative space.

How to use

1. First locate the design frame you want create a dedicated space for, it can be a single design or multiple designs within a frame.
2. Then within the plugin add a name for the design project and the iteration you're adding with a quick description - it could be a feedback request or annotations for the design.
3. Finally choose the format you want to upload the frame to the dedicated space, it can either be an image or embedded Figma frame.
4. After you upload the frame to the dedicated space the link will be generated below, if you want to add to the same project after, use the same link and choose 'add to project'.

Example use cases

1. Tracking design iterations and collecting feedback from the team and stakeholder, with each new iteration including how the feedback was actioned and how the design evolved.
2. Showcasing different states of design evolution (crawl, walk, run) for stakeholders in a easily sharable link tracking related feedback.
3. Using iterations for different parts of the designs and tracking related feedback in one space to see how the overall design evolves.

Note

1. When uploading as an image will make the selected frame or section content public, use at own risk or switch to embed to retain existing file access settings.
2. Plugin and collaborative feedback space is currently in alpha stage, things will evolve and any feedback or suggestion are more then welcome!
