UX KPIs & Event Analyzer is an AI-powered Figma plugin that helps UX and product teams turn designs into measurable insights. By analyzing selected frames and user flows, it automatically generates UX KPIs and GA4-compliant event suggestions.

Using OpenAI models, the plugin supports CASTLE and HEART frameworks, connects design intent to analytics, and creates data-informed outputs that align design, product, business and analytics teams.

This plugin respects your privacy: your API key is stored locally in Figma client-side storage, and analysis only runs on the frames you select.

How it works

1. Select one or more frames in Figma

2. (Optional) Add context: North Star metric, page objective, or use case

3. Choose your KPI framework → CASTLE or HEART

4. Choose Analysis Complexity:

- Simple → Low cost, faster (~3 minutes). Best for single screens, minimal flows, or quick idea validation.

- Complex → Uses GPT-5 for deep analysis (~10 minutes). Best for multi-page features or complex flows where you need comprehensive coverage.

5. (Optional) Enable multistep flows or A/B test thesis generation

6. Click Run Analysis

7. Receive KPI suggestions + GA4 events directly in the plugin
