About this plugin

Copy Color Value automatically extracts SOLID colors from selected layers (Fill priority, otherwise Stroke), manages opacity, and allows you to copy the value in the format of your choice.

Features

1. Formats: HEX (with alpha), RGB, CSS (rgb/rgba), HSL, HSB
2. Multi-selection and multiple Fills/Strokes supported
3. Quick copying via clickable tiles (3 visible columns, horizontal scrolling)
4. Hover actions: copy the code, the style name (if present) or variable name, and the layer name
5. Adaptive inner border (light/dark) for better readability
6. Live update with each selection change
7. Native Figma notification after copying

How to use it

1. Select one or more layers
2. Choose the format from the menu (center)
3. Click a tile or the “copy” icon to send the value to the clipboard

Limitations

1. SOLID colors only (gradients/images are not supported)
2. The plugin reads layer properties (it is not a screen pipette)
